We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team at our Doha office. The role offers an attractive salary of 1500 per month and we are willing to consider applications from immigrants.

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the design, development, construction, testing, installation and maintenance of mechanical systems. They should have a thorough knowledge of engineering principles and practices as well as the ability to apply them in a wide variety of situations.

The primary purpose of the Mechanical Engineer is to provide engineering expertise that will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting all safety standards. They will also coordinate with other departments (such as purchasing and production) to ensure that all processes run smoothly.

To fulfill this role successfully, the ideal candidate must possess strong problem solving skills and have excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, design practices and materials selection criteria. They should also be able to manage multiple projects at once while working under pressure and tight deadlines. The successful candidate should also have a good understanding of CAD software and experience with project management tools such as MS Project or similar programs. Additionally, they must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with colleagues from all levels throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a related field plus proven track record in design developments or maintenance activities. A Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for this position. Furthermore, they should have excellent knowledge of national codes (such as ASME standards) related to power plants or other relevant installations.
