Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and certified Welder to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for welding various metal components together with precision and accuracy. The salary is 1100 per month and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

Job Responsibilities
• Read blueprints, layouts and job specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
• Select the required consumables such as electrodes, filler rods or gases
• Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Monitor the fitting, burning and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion or expansion of material
• Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
• Inspect finished welds visually in order to ensure that they meet requirements
Qualification & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Completion of a Welding Certificate program is preferred
• Proven experience as welder; relevant certifications from recognized organizations will be an advantage
• Knowledge of engineering blueprints and technical drawings; ability to read them accurately
• Familiarity with various welding procedures (TIG, MMA etc.)
• Ability to use equipment such as plasma-cutting machine and lathe
• Attention to detail; good hand-eye coordination; manual dexterity • Good physical condition; stamina is required when working overtime or on weekends • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
