We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait! Our ideal candidate has at least a year of experience in preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages. They must have excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should also have an eye for detail and the ability to maintain a clean workspace.

The successful candidate should be able to take orders accurately while creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. They must have excellent knowledge of coffee drinks, tea blends, and other specialty beverages. They should be able to make recommendations based on customer preferences and suggest food items that complement their beverages. They must also be knowledgeable about the local coffee scene and keep up with trends in the industry.

In addition, they should be able to restock supplies as needed, maintain cleanliness standards, keep records accurate and up-to-date, manage cash registers correctly, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1100 per month plus benefits. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who possess the required skillset for this position.
