Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s sales activities, including developing and executing strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, overseeing customer relations, and analyzing customer data to identify business opportunities.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales management role
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer relations
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others
• Ability to analyze customer data and identify new business opportunities
