Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will have experience developing and executing excellent cuisine in a professional kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing and supervising meals, providing guidance to staff, and cultivating a unique dining experience for our guests.

Demands for the Candidate:
At least 5 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen
Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring quality standards
Familiarity with food safety regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of recipes from different cuisines is a plus.
