We are looking for an experienced, motivated and organized administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, be capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, and have the ability to work independently.

The job duties of the administrative assistant will include preparing reports and documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, answering phone calls and emails, organizing files, updating databases, assisting with accounting tasks such as invoicing and payroll processing. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize tasks under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
