Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations of the team, as well as providing guidance and support to ensure that all objectives are met. You will work closely with the team leaders to ensure all safety protocols are adhered to, and that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. In addition to this, you will be responsible for monitoring performance, motivating the team's development and driving successful outcomes.

Requirements for Candidate:
We are looking for an individual who is able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership experience, problem solving skills and a deep understanding of our company's core values. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience in an operational role or similar position. An understanding of health and safety regulations is also beneficial.
