Job Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management and general supervision. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
• Developing strategies to increase customer engagement and ensure customer satisfaction
• Managing staff scheduling, training, and development
• Analyzing customer feedback data to make decisions on product offerings
• Developing promotional campaigns for new products or services
• Implementing operational policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed
• Assisting with budget preparation and cost control activities

Skills:
• Leadership qualities with experience in managing staff in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food service industry trends and best practices

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field • Previous experience working in a restaurant environment (preferred) • Fluency in English (oral & written) • Immigrant status is acceptable (for candidates outside UAE)
