Job Description:
We are seeking a Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations in the city. The Security Manager will be tasked with ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and the public in line with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field is preferred but not required;
• At least 5 years of proven experience working in a security management role;
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices regarding security management;
• Ability to assess risk levels and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to build relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders;
• Willingness to work irregular hours to meet operational needs.
