We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting qualified and suitable candidates for open positions in our company. This position offers an excellent salary of 1100 AED/month and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting recruitment activities such as posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, administering tests and evaluating candidates
- Assessing candidates' skills and experience to match them with appropriate job roles
- Developing recruitment strategies to attract the most suitable talent
- Maintaining accurate records of the recruitment process
- Negotiating salaries with successful applicants
- Liaising with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications
- Networking with potential candidates through professional groups, social media, etc.

To be successful in this role you must possess excellent communication skills and have prior experience in recruitment or a related field. You should also have knowledge of employment law as well as the latest recruitment techniques.
