Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction projects from the initial stage of planning through to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. The Construction Manager must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders including contractors and suppliers. The salary is 1700 per month and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing construction projects
• Excellent knowledge of building techniques and regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities and Duties
• Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Develop timelines, budgets, milestones and quality assurance plans for each project
• Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, architects and other stakeholders
• Prepare reports on progress and present them at regular intervals
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on site
