We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait and help ensure the smooth running of our operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be a strong leader, and have a good eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our employees by ensuring that tasks are completed on time. This includes overseeing daily operations, scheduling shifts, organizing work, assigning tasks, motivating staff, monitoring performance, and resolving any conflicts. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for providing feedback to employees on their performance and offering training as necessary.

The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma as well as some experience in management or supervision. Good communication skills and the ability to use initiative are essential in this role. The ability to work independently and remain organized is also highly valued. We are ready to consider foreign candidates with minimal work experience but who can demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
