Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations of our hotel in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be detail-oriented and able to develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and customer satisfaction. The Hotel Manager will report directly to the owners of the hotel.
Job Duties
• Manage all aspects of hotel operations including staff recruitment, development and training, budgeting and forecasting, customer service, housekeeping operations, sales and marketing initiatives
• Ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to at all times
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of service
• Develop strategies for increasing occupancy rates while providing excellent customer service
• Ensure that all guests receive a high level of hospitality
• Analyze operational costs in order to maximize profits
• Increase customer satisfaction through upselling services and amenities
• Liaise with suppliers in order to negotiate cost-effective contracts
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
• At least 5 years' experience in a hotel management role required
• Knowledge of local regulations regarding safety standards required
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal required
• Demonstrated leadership abilities required
Salary: 1600/month
