We are looking for an experienced and professional Security Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. As the Security Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of our premises, personnel, and assets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures; managing security personnel; conducting security surveys; and assuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and standards.

Your specific duties will include: planning, organizing, and directing the activities of assigned security staff; coordinating with local law enforcement agencies; monitoring video surveillance equipment; performing background checks on new employees; responding to emergency calls; conducting investigations into suspicious activity; working with other departments to ensure a secure working environment; providing training for both employees and security personnel to ensure safety protocols are followed correctly.

The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience in a related role as well as excellent verbal communication skills. A valid driver's license is also preferred. The salary for this position is 1700 per month.
