Chemist job in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an experienced Chemist to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting experiments and testing, analyzing results, and writing reports on their findings. The Chemist should have a strong foundation in the fundamentals of chemistry and be able to apply that knowledge to practical applications.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field. They should also have at least 3 years of experience in a lab setting. A working knowledge of relevant safety protocols is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with others when necessary. Excellent organizational skills are also highly desirable, as well as strong communication skills both verbal and written. Additionally, the Chemist should have experience working with computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as understanding data analysis software like MATLAB or R.

The duties of this role will include conducting experiments, running tests on raw materials and products, analyzing results from experiments/tests, writing reports on findings, maintaining accurate records of all data collected during experiments/tests, ensuring compliance with safety standards at all times while performing tasks in the lab, regularly calibrating equipment used for testing purposes and participating in other research-related activities as required.
