Restaurant Manager Vacancy in Dubai - 1600 AED Salary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience as a Restaurant Manager, with the ability to lead and manage a team.

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing and scheduling, customer service, inventory control, sales and marketing. The Restaurant Manager must be able to ensure that all customer service standards are met and that the restaurant is profitable. The Restaurant Manager will have the ultimate responsibility for the success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff to ensure quality service
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective action when necessary
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are maintained at all times
- Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Manage inventory levels and order new supplies as needed
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Prepare budgets, analyze financial data, and create reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, problem solving skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Knowledge of food safety standards - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
