Restaurant Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-end restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire restaurant operations, including staff and customers.

The Restaurant Manager should have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as strong leadership qualities. They must be able to manage and motivate the staff to ensure that all customer expectations are met. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as is an understanding of the local culture and customs. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English as well as any other language spoken in Dubai.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including food preparation and presentation, customer service, budgeting and finance, menu selection and pricing, marketing and advertising campaigns, staffing and scheduling of staff, inventory control, health and safety regulations, daily operations checks and more.

The position offers a salary of 1600 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance. We are open to considering foreign candidates who meet the requirements outlined above.
