Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate land measurements for both residential and commercial properties. You will be expected to analyze survey data, compile reports, and provide input to land use planning. Duties & Responsibilities

The main duties of a Land Surveyor include but are not limited to: executing detailed field surveys; analyzing survey data; preparing reports on findings; working with other professionals such as civil engineers, landscape architects, or urban planners; consulting with clients regarding land use planning and regulation; providing input on legal aspects of property ownership; keeping up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the profession.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in surveying or a related field, as well as excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and instrumentation. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary as we are open to hiring someone without prior experience in this role. Additionally, strong communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy in data recording capabilities are essential traits that the successful candidate should possess.
