Excavator Operator - Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating an excavator to perform a variety of construction tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 SAR per month. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position.

The successful applicant must have prior experience operating an excavator and must possess excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. They must also be able to work well independently, as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Operate the excavator in accordance with safety regulations and procedures
• Ensure that the excavator is properly maintained and safe to operate
• Prepare the workspace by clearing away any debris or obstructions
• Dig trenches, dig foundations, move heavy objects such as stones or logs, backfill and grade land according to plan
• Load or unload materials onto or from trucks as required
• Perform routine maintenance on the excavator such as lubricating and cleaning
• Respond to requests from supervisors regarding job changes or other instructions
• Communicate effectively with colleagues onsite regarding progress of work

Requirements:
• Proven experience operating an excavator (minimum 2 years)
• Ability to read plans/drawings accurately and interpret instructions from supervisors
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong physical fitness; able to lift heavy materials when required
• Good communication skills; able to effectively communicate with colleagues onsite
