Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers an outstanding salary of 1400 and we are open to considering applications from immigrants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s kitchen operations, creating menus, ordering supplies, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all meals meet our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and culinary excellence, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Create innovative menus that appeal to a wide range of tastes while staying within budgetary guidelines
• Manage daily kitchen operations while maintaining highest standards in quality control, hygiene, health & safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary
• Oversee the training of kitchen staff and ensure they are up-to-date with culinary techniques and trends
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regarding food preparation, storage and safety
• Develop recipes for new dishes as well as modify existing recipes to ensure consistency in quality
• Monitor the performance of kitchen staff on a regular basis; provide feedback as needed

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant/kitchen facility
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques including recipes, seasoning techniques, presentation styles etc.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods (grilling, baking etc.) ingredients selection & food preparation techniques
• Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations regarding food handling & storage • Outstanding communication skills; ability to motivate & lead kitchen staff • An eye for detail; passion for creating delicious dishes • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Culinary degree or diploma is preferred but not required
