We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be expected to provide administrative support to the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in an administrative role, as well as a proven track record of successful work.
The Office Assistant is responsible for a variety of daily duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, filing paperwork and other documents, managing the office supplies budget and inventory, and providing general support to the office staff. Additionally, they will be expected to handle customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments when needed. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess good communication skills.
