Excavator operator job vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are currently looking to hire an experienced Excavator Operator in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating excavators to support civil engineering projects and site development.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and must have a valid driver’s license. He/she must be familiar with all safety regulations related to operating an excavator and must be able to read and understand technical drawings as well. The successful applicant should also have good communication skills, as they will need to communicate with various team members such as engineers, technicians, supervisors, etc.

The primary duties of the Excavator Operator include the following:

• Operating excavators for civil engineering projects such as road construction or demolition.
• Assisting civil engineers in completing their designs by creating the necessary structures according to their specifications.
• Preparing the site for excavation work by clearing obstacles and removing debris.
• Loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks using an excavator arm attachment.
• Inspecting machines before each use, reporting any issues or defects to the supervisor or technician as necessary.
• Following safety procedures at all times while onsite and ensuring that all safety equipment is used correctly by other operators onsite if applicable
• Maintaining a clean work site and disposing of waste materials according to regulations set forth by local authorities

The salary for this position is 1500 QAR per month which is negotiable depending on experience. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role provided they meet the above requirements.
