Job Title: Merchandiser

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1300 QAR per month

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the merchandising and inventory of our products across all of our stores in the region. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and take initiative when needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Analyzing sales data and trends to determine the best placement of products in stores

- Designing and executing promotional strategies to boost sales

- Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise

- Developing relationships with store managers and other staff members

- Ensuring all merchandise is properly tagged, priced, displayed, and stocked in store shelves correctly

- Keeping up-to-date records of all inventory levels, ordering new stock as needed

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations while handling merchandise

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail or merchandising preferred

- At least two years of experience working as a Merchandiser or similar role

- Knowledge of retail principles, methods, practices, trends, and technology

- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written

- Ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines
