The exact duties of the CNC operator will include reading and interpreting drawings so that the correct parts can be created, setting up machines with the right tools for an efficient operation, running tests on each part produced to ensure it meets required specifications, troubleshooting any issues that arise during production, and performing regular maintenance on machines. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently or collaboratively with other team members while following safety protocols at all times.
