Sommelier vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for a Sommelier for our fine dining restaurant in Dubai, UAE. As a Sommelier you will be responsible for managing our wine program, selecting and purchasing wines, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who has an in-depth knowledge of wine production, varieties, and styles. You should have the ability to identify quality wines and have excellent taste in wines. You should be able to suggest a variety of wines to complement the restaurant's menu items. The ideal candidate should also possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with other staff members.

You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive knowledge about current wine trends and different producers around the world. You should also have experience with pairing food with wine as well as recommending appropriate wines based on customers' preferences. Additionally, you should have the ability to recommend alternatives when needed and suggest additional items from our menu or wine list when appropriate.

This position pays 1000 AED per month and we are open to considering immigrants who meet the necessary requirements.
