Barista job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are currently looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will possess a passion for coffee and customer service, a warm and friendly attitude, and a desire to learn and continuously grow in the food and beverage industry.

The main duties of the Barista will include preparing and serving beverages, such as coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes, etc., to customers in our cafe. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player. The Barista must demonstrate strong customer service skills by providing courteous service with a smile and engaging customers in conversation when appropriate. They must also be knowledgeable about the different types of coffee bean blends, brewing methods, flavor profiles, etc., so that they can effectively explain each blend to customers. Additionally, the Barista is expected to keep the cafe clean and tidy by wiping down counters and tables when necessary.
