Job Title: Barista

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1200 (Negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, flavor profiles and barista techniques. They should also be comfortable with customer service and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

•Prepare coffee drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, espresso shots and other specialty drinks in accordance with customers’ requests

•Ensure that all beverages are made to specified recipes and ingredients

•Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee machines and equipments at all times

•Interact courteously with customers to take orders promptly and provide helpful advice on menu items

•Take payment from customers for their orders with accuracy and speed while ensuring customer satisfaction

•Clean up after customers are served, wiping down surfaces, emptying trash cans etc.

Requirements:

•Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role

•Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, flavor profiles and barista techniques

•Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in taking orders

•High school diploma or relevant certification is preferred but not required
