Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and organizing to monitoring progress and ensuring that deadlines are met. This person should have experience in project management or a related field, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. They should be able to work independently and in a team environment, as well as have the ability to problem solve and handle multiple projects at once. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1200 per month.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry best practices for project management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Flexibility with hours/availability for travel if needed

Job Duties:
The Project Manager’s main responsibility is to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes managing the scope of projects, tracking progress against milestones, coordinating resources across multiple teams/departments, managing vendors/contractors if necessary, ensuring quality control standards are met, and providing periodic progress reports to stakeholders. Additionally they will be responsible for resolving any conflicts that may arise within the team or between teams/departments during the course of the project. The Project Manager will also provide support during project reviews by helping determine root causes of issues identified during testing phases and developing strategies for process improvement moving forward.
