Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth through the implementation of effective sales strategies and initiatives.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They must be capable of leading and motivating a team of sales staff, as well as developing effective relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase market share
• Developing comprehensive account plans to generate new business
• Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
• Tracking competitor activities and recommending appropriate actions
• Negotiating contracts with key stakeholders
• Preparing management reports on sales performance and customer feedback
• Developing promotional materials and leading sales campaigns
• Attending trade shows, conferences, and other events as necessary
• Hiring, training, managing, evaluating, disciplining, and rewarding sales staff

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.
