Job Description:
We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative and delicious menus, managing kitchen staff, creating food budgets, and overseeing the overall operations of the kitchen. You will also have the opportunity to work with our talented team of chefs to create new recipes and develop menus that reflect our commitment to fresh, local ingredients.

Requirements for Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a full-service restaurant setting as a chef or sous chef. They must have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols, excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to multi-task. The candidate should be able to work well with others in a collaborative environment while also being able to lead their own team. A culinary degree from an accredited college is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider immigrants who meet the requirements for this position.
