We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have great customer service skills and an eye for detail. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks according to company standards, as well as providing excellent customer service to customers in a friendly and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work quickly and accurately, follow directions, and multitask. They must also be able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management. A positive attitude is essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting guests, taking orders, preparing coffee drinks according to company recipes
• Maintaining a clean workspace
• Ensuring the quality of all beverages served
• Keeping up with current menu items and promotions
• Delivering outstanding customer service by promptly responding to guests’ inquiries
• Operating cash registers accurately
• Restocking supplies such as coffee beans, cups, sugar cubes etc. when necessary
• Adhering to safety regulations at all times
