We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role. The Office Assistant's primary responsibilities will include providing administrative and clerical support to the management team, performing daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing, copying, and other administrative duties as assigned. Additionally, they may be responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, answering phone calls and emails, managing databases and records, organizing office supplies and equipment, coordinating travel arrangements, as well as other related duties.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills; have strong communication skills; be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; be detail oriented; have the ability to multi-task; be able to work independently; and must also have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, he/she must be reliable and trustworthy with confidential information. We are ready to consider candidates from abroad who meet the criteria mentioned above.
