Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers or distributors
2. Monitor stock levels, ensuring that all products are adequately displayed and stocked
3. Negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure competitive prices for customers
4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
5. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional activities
6. Visit stores regularly to monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
7. Manage returns or merchandise exchanges as needed
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred
2. Proven track record in retail merchandising or management
3. Knowledge of merchandise selection, pricing strategies, and product display techniques
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
