We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our organization in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment, orientation, and onboarding process for all new hires, while also coordinating the development and implementation of organizational policies. He/She will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and provide advice and guidance on personnel matters.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be knowledgeable about various employment laws, practices, policies, procedures, and regulations. They should have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field with at least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager. A foreign national is also welcome to apply.

The primary duties of this role include developing and overseeing recruitment processes; creating job descriptions; maintaining employee records; administering payroll; evaluating employee performance; training new employees; monitoring disciplinary processes; ensuring legal compliance; resolving workplace conflicts; promoting diversity in the workplace; conducting exit interviews; updating company policies as needed; providing guidance to management team regarding employee matters; developing strategies to improve retention rates; and providing support to employees on various issues. This position requires the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
