Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED/Month
Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates for various roles within the organization. The incumbent will create job postings, post them on job boards and other recruitment channels, and track applicants. The recruiter will also provide support to the HR team with on-boarding activities and other HR related tasks.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and possess strong organizational skills. He/she should have previous experience in recruitment or HR related roles. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Source suitable candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms and headhunting methodologies
• Screen resumes and applications according to the required criteria
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews with applicants and shortlist suitable profiles
• Schedule face-to-face interviews with hiring managers
• Assist in onboarding activities for new recruits
• Manage candidate database records
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the HR team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational skills • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems preferable • Previous experience recruiting foreign nationals is an advantage
