We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a track record of achieving sales goals, be able to create and implement successful sales strategies, and have excellent people skills.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or similar role
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and co-workers
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Immigrant status is welcome but not required

Responsibilities:
• Developing annual sales plans, setting individual targets, and evaluating performance against goals.
• Analyzing current market trends in order to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Creating strategies for increasing customer engagement.
• Establishing strong relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the recruitment, selection, development, and training of personnel within the department.
• Organizing regular staff meetings to review performance metrics.
• Collecting feedback from customers on products and services provided.
