Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales goals, developing strategies to increase sales, analyzing customer data to identify sales opportunities, and managing sales staff. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers and recruiting new customers through various marketing techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role

• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an international environment

• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred but not required

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Previous experience working in Abu-Dhabi is desired but not required

• Fluency in English (oral & written) is required; any additional language proficiency is a plus
