We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to manage our housekeeping services in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

As our Housekeeping Manager, you will be expected to:

• Supervise the daily activities of housekeeping staff and ensure quality cleaning services are provided at all times
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials needed for cleaning
• Manage schedules and assign tasks to staff members
• Train new hires on housekeeping procedures
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet quality standards
• Respond promptly to customer complaints or issues and take appropriate action to resolve them
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month for this role. Foreigners are welcome to apply.
