We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guests are provided with an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping department;
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory;
• Develop, implement and monitor standards for housekeeping services;
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of the hotel;
• Train new staff members on housekeeping procedures;
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role;
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safety precautions;
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively;
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Good communication skills in both English and Arabic is preferred.
