Construction Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a solid background in construction management and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with modern building techniques, able to understand technical drawings, specifications and calculations, as well as the ability to manage a complex project from start to finish. They should have an excellent knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and legislation, as well as a good understanding of project management principles.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for leading construction projects from the planning stage through to completion. This will include managing all aspects of the project, such as budget control, contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, material procurement and scheduling, site supervision and quality control. They will be expected to maintain good relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

We offer an attractive salary of 1200/month (negotiable based on experience), plus additional benefits such as medical insurance. We are also open to considering applications from foreign candidates for this role.
