Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field and will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes ensuring all aspects of the project are on schedule, adhering to safety regulations, monitoring quality control, coordinating with subcontractors, and communicating with stakeholders. The successful candidate should possess strong communication and problem solving skills; as well as have the ability to effectively manage personnel and resources in order to complete projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Monitor progress of projects throughout their life cycle to ensure timely completion within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive plans for safety compliance with local regulations; enforce safety standards for all personnel on site.
• Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of staff at construction sites; delegate tasks as necessary.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors providing services or materials; ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure specifications are being met; provide updates on progress of project completion.
• Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals for potential projects; track actual costs throughout the duration of each project.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as construction management or civil engineering is preferred; other equivalent qualifications may be considered.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a related role is required; prior experience working as a Construction Manager is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints/technical documents is required; familiarity with AutoCAD is also beneficial. • Must be able to work flexible hours when needed and travel to job sites as needed; valid driver's license is preferred but not required • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory • Must have strong organizational skills along with excellent problem solving abilities Salary & Benefits: Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications/experience plus an attractive benefits package including health insurance coverage for self & family members
