We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. This is a great opportunity to work with a highly successful team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to multitask and take initiative. A thorough knowledge of office software is essential, including experience with MS Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, coordinating mailings, handling calls and emails, preparing correspondence and other documents. The position also involves some basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of 1000 AED monthly plus benefits. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
