The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing budgets and resources, liaising with customers and suppliers, and driving sales initiatives. They will also lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have an enjoyable stay. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills as well as strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team in order to achieve company goals.
