Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced Baker to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate must have exceptional baking skills and experience working within a professional kitchen environment. An attractive salary of 1100 is offered to the successful applicant.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of breads, pastries, and cakes in accordance with recipes and instructions
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations by monitoring kitchen temperatures and storage areas
- Clean workstations after tasks are completed
- Follow strict instructions in mixing, dividing, kneading, baking and finishing doughs
- Present finished products attractively according to company standards
- Maintain records including production amounts used each day
- Troubleshoot issues relating to recipes or preparations as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Baker or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and decorating skills
- Ability to accurately follow recipes and adjust ingredients according to recipe requirements
- Good understanding of hygiene regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company policies
