We are looking for an Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining eyes, diagnosing vision problems, and prescribing corrective eyewear. We offer an attractive salary of 1100. As the candidate must have 3 years of experience, we are willing to consider a foreigner for this vacancy.

The Optometrist is required to perform comprehensive eye exams, including refractions and visual fields tests. The person will also need to detect signs and symptoms of eye-related diseases such as glaucoma or cataracts, and recommend treatment plans. Additionally, the Optometrist should have a thorough understanding of optical products such as glasses, contact lenses, eyeglass frames, and lens coatings.

Successful applicants should possess a Doctorate degree in Optometry from an accredited program as well as valid state licensure in Optometry or Dispensing Opticianry. Preference will be given to applicants with professional certification from the American Board of Optometry (ABO). The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills in order to build strong relationships with patients while providing patient education on how to use their prescribed eyewear correctly and safely. The ability to stay up-to-date on new advances in optometric technology is also essential for this role.
