Travel Agent - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and professional Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients plan their perfect holiday, from researching destinations to booking flights and accommodation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves travel and wants to use their knowledge and experience to help others enjoy amazing holidays.

Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on the best destinations and travel options to meet customers’ needs
• Research available travel options using computer reservation systems and other sources
• Book flights, hotels, car hire, excursions, transfers, tickets etc.
• Ensure that all customer information is kept secure and confidential
• Make sure all customer payments are processed correctly
• Monitor changes in travel regulations and keep customers informed of any updates
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Travel Agent or similar role
• Knowledge of computer reservation systems (e.g. Galileo) is essential

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for travel with extensive knowledge of destinations around the world

Salary: 1800 KWD per month
