Job Title: Security Manager
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1100 KD

Job Summary:
We are searching for a highly motivated Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing security personnel, maintaining security protocols, and developing strategies to ensure the safety of our staff, customers, and property. This position offers a salary of 1100 KD. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage security personnel.
• Set up and maintain security protocols and procedures.
• Develop strategies to ensure the safety of staff and property at all times.
• Monitor daily security operations and investigate any suspicious activity or incidents.
• Prepare reports detailing any breaches in security or suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations.
• Monitor CCTV systems and other electronic surveillance equipment.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field; additional certification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years’ experience managing security operations in a similar role; experience with international standards is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security management; familiarity with international laws is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, law enforcement agencies, etc.
