We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, and conducting surveys and other research related to land development, construction, or other civil engineering projects. The position involves a variety of tasks such as collecting data, drafting plans and maps, verifying legal descriptions of property boundaries, analyzing survey data to identify limitations or conflicts in proposed development plans.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of surveying principles and techniques and must have strong technical skills in order to perform accurate calculations and draw clear diagrams. We are also looking for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition, the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with engineers, architects, clients and other stakeholders.

We offer a salary of 1800 as well as a range of benefits including health insurance coverage, paid vacation time off, bonuses at the end of the year and more. We welcome foreigners for this position at our company in Riyadh.

To be considered for this role you must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience working with land surveying technology including GPS systems, AutoCAD software etc., strong attention to detail; problem-solving abilities; knowledge of construction principles; valid Driver's License; good communication skills both written and verbal; ability to work independently or as part of a team; proficient computer skills (MS Office).
