Restaurant Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience managing a restaurant.

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that customer service, food quality and health and safety regulations are consistently met. You will be responsible for creating effective employee schedules, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring financial targets are met. You will be required to train new team members, manage the restaurant’s inventory and supplies, as well as create special promotions and discounts for customers.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, outstanding leadership capabilities, highly organized with strong problem solving skills and a great eye for detail. You must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should also have excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
