We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that all staff are providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.

The Restaurant Manager will need to have a strong understanding of the food industry, as well as excellent leadership abilities. They must have a proven track record of success in managing multiple staff members, as well as experience in creating successful marketing initiatives. Furthermore, they must possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to motivate others and keep morale high.
